Hi Andrina,
Personally I would be inclined to move to a Linux server simply because I’ve more experience in working with these rather than Windows ones. The choice is yours as we can work to get this resolved regardless of the server type.

What we need to do is tell your server how to handle the .cfg config file that the Freeway Shop Actions use to communicate with the Mals server. According to this KB article on the GoDaddy site we can do this by uploading a text file into the root (or home) folder location on your FTP server;
http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/6286

Download the following file and unzip it (http://users.softpress.com/tim/fwshop/web.config.zip) which should leave you with a file called web.config. Upload this using Cyberduck (http://cyberduck.ch) or a similar FTP tool to your web FTP account. It should sit alongside your web site’s home page (index.html).

Now try and load the malsettings.cfg file you located on the FTP server earlier. I believe the address should be http://www.herbs2healme.com/malsettings.cfg but you may want to check this by looking for the config file using Cyberduck and adjusting the address accordingly.

If everything has gone well the server should display the file contents in the browser rather than the 404 error page you saw earlier. Please let us know how you get on with this.
Regards,
Tim.

Suddenly, all my pages have small dotted lines around misc. (not all) graphic items or HTML items. They do not appear when I view the pages but I would like to know what I’ve done to suddenly make them appear. They line themselves up like a ruler guide but but they’re not.

Also, anyone have an idea as to how I can reset my rulers so that 0 and 0 are in the upper left hand corner? Double clicking in the corner over the px does not work.

And as always, I thank you for your support.

I can not get my Mals E Commerce shopping cart up to work with freeway…It says URL wrong…
It has been suggested to me that I need to enter on my web hosting - my account section - under DNS Manager (with go daddy) - some sort of shop.herbs2healme link under CNAME (Alias) which is a link______ points to_______
This is what it says it does: point a subdomain to an already existing A (host) record so the subdomain resolves to the appropriate IP address.
to point the cart to my site, can you help please, I have tried every URL on my website to no avail. on Mals, if I do need to enter here something what do I enter, and do I need to change something in freeway.

This is the message i get when I click buy: on my website…
FREEWAY CONFIG

The shopping cart will automatically attempt to load a new configuration file when you change your settings in Freeway.

Sorry, it was not possible to load your new configuration: It was not possible to connect to your webserver at:

Hi Kacie

Try downloading the page from http://www.deltadesign.co/kaciesform.html

Copy/paste the form table from my page onto yours and then set the action parameters in the PHPFF action applied as a Page Action.

On my page I have set the Hidden Field details in Page>Form Setup - you can do the same on yours but dont add anything else in there.

I’m sure its not comfort to know that I think its a bug in the action!
I’ve tried using this a few times but have to discount using it as it doesn’t do what it should.
Don’t worry though as I’m neither up nor down about it!
