HI, apparently you need to have a Site Folder set up. This is because the preview system requires somewhere to write the preview file, and that is usually next to the Site Folder.

I’ll look at working around this problem in the future.

Walter I tried your suggestion of removing the effect and publishing and then re applying the action and it does work. I even repeated the test with a brand new document, but until I set up the Site Folder I got the java script errors. But like I said in my reply to Max when I created a site folder it started to work - even if I don’t select File > Publish Site. With FW 4 and the old text flow action I could test without setting up a site folder or publishing. It isn’t a problem as I now know how to get it to work but do you think it is worth sending a copy of the page to SP anyway?

There may be a version cached in your document that “thinks” it is newer than the one you installed in Freeway. Try removing the effect entirely, publish the page, and then re-apply the Action to the item. Also consider sending your file to Softpress for dissection. Hi Paul This is the same script error as I had, so I am guessing it is the same. I am sure Softpress will be on the case and be stomping on this pesky bug and have it all stamped out soon max

Hi, Is anyone else experiencing problems with Paul’s new version of the Text Flow plugin for FW 5. I can’t get it to work I just keep getting java script errors. I just checked the old version in FW 4 and that is still working fine.
