29 Jun 2007, 1:27 pmHi Steve, I have been following your excellent tutorial and have succeeded in getting one editable content box to work. When it comes to setting up a simple vertical text menu however I’m just banging my head against the wall - I just can not figure out how to do it (too dumb maybe). I have placed a menu tag in the Freeway doc but once in SimpleCMS I get stuck. Is there any chance in your busy schedule of producing a tutorial on how to implement a simple menu and also how to access more than one content area on the Freeway page.
Many thanks
Richard

8 Jun 2008, 7:49 pmI’ll be writing a tutorial for CMS Made Simple with a sample file in a little bit. Just gathering some resources and uploading some contents for it as I post.
Stay tuned!

10 Jun 2008, 6:27 amIt’s up!
The complete tutorial is posted at danjasker.blogspot.com.
There is an entire package there with a sample file, a 26 minute video showing how to do it all, and 2 existing actions. After watching the video I realized I missed the beginning part of talking about the actions applied to the document already. The two actions are the “Page Div Styles” and “Remove Paragraph Tags.” I dance around a bit of what they do later in the video, but for future reference apply these to your page first. The Page Div Styles will remove all inline styling from the DIV’s in your outputted code and then it will place them in a separate CSS document named to whatever you want. Make sure the file name ends with .css and the other “Remove Paragraph Tags” action removes all of Freeway’s generated paragraph tags for text.
Hope this helps and feel free to comment and enjoy!

10 Jun 2008, 4:31 pmMitchell, your blogspot link does not work because of the dot at the end. Also, your download link on your blogsite does not appear to be working either.
