Menu bar goofy after copy/paste

OK, after pulling out all but one hair lol, I give up. Does anyone know why a menu bar I copy/pasted from one page of my site to another would only activate the drop down menu when the mouse rolls over the sliver of empty space in a table cell instead of when you roll over the the graphic button in that cell like it’s supposed to? The menu bar works perfect on the page I set it up on, this only happens after copy/pasting. I’ve already tried removing the menu bar action and re-applying it to the table, and I even removed the rollover actions from the graphic buttons in the table and re-applied with no luck….HELP!
