email conversions

Is there a way to have an organizational position email address forwarded or converted to the office holders actual email address? e.g., have email@hidden always go to the secretary’s actual email address? Thanks, Nancy Meredith

If you’re talking about what I think you are, that’s something you can set up with your hosting service. Ask them for the details. If they have something like cPanel set up for you, you can set this up yourself (if you’re using hosting like GoDaddy they have something similar).

You can also set up a “catchall” address, where email sent to any address that isn’t explicitly configured gets routed to a particular address. I do not recommend this, however, due to the amount of spam that one address will receive.
