[Pro] Space After with Lists

Is it possible to add Space Afters in bullet list styles? I have it as part of my style, but it doesn’t seem to take in the page. No space after is seen.

OK. I know I tried this at the time, but now I can’t get this to work. No matter what I do I can’t get any spacing between bulleted items.

Once I click the list button on the palette, all the lines close up.

How does this work, exactly?
