[Pro] Hover in new window?

I have a site that uses the Pic in New Window action for a bunch of thumbnail images, but was wondering if there is an action that could do the same thing except you wouldn’t have to click on the thumbnail to see a larger image, just hover over the thumbnail and a larger image would appear in a new window. Thanks!
