A colleague is about to move away to teach IT in a school using PCs.

What is the best (i.e. most Intaglio-like) and most child-friendly drawing programme for WINDOZE?

I’ve used SerifDraw and it’s very capable, but the interface was typically Windows—rows and rows of icons and a confusing set of floating palettes.

Do the youngsters have the patience to learn how to draw with Bezier points and curves? You may be better off trying something like Google Docs: http://googledocs.blogspot.com/2010/04/introducing-google-docs-drawings.html
