google search returns sitemap

Not sure its a good thread header but i’ll try to explain what I want. I have seen websites that when shown in google search give a sitemap of links(pages within the site) underneath the original search link. Can I do that in freeway i had a look at the code in the main page but couldnt see anything unusual.
