Mal's Mtracker affiliate program

Good Afternoon.

I have a client that does satellite services and wants to offer people to become affiliates.

We see that Mal’s has the Mtracker program. Has anyone used this yet? and can it be used without an actual Mal’s store w product in it?

if so - how how do you set it up?
