cannot complete upload because of a program error

I am trying to upload the files to my site using the file/upload feature (via mobileme) and i keep getting this error:

“cannot complete upload because of a program error [-1]”

I see other posts that are similar, but none of the suggestions have worked. I tried “resample all” from the edit menu. I also tried selecting a new folder from the file/document options menu. I have tried restarting the program several times. It uploads about 30 files, then when it is “comparing files” this error pops up.

My site is now a mess - any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you just tell us what you have tried and what version of FW you are using.

I tried file/document setup/, and then creating a new folder to save the files to.

I tried saving as a new project.

I tried edit/resources/resample all.

I am still getting the same error after it loads about 30 files.

Have you tried toggling between passive checked and unchecked in the upload section? If it is checked then uncheck it and vice versa.

Thank you! It worked.

The box was unchecked, so I checked it and the files uploaded without error. They did not populate my site though. So after the upload was complete, I unchecked the box and uploaded again. There was no error and everything seems to have uploaded to the site.
