From iWeb and RW to Freeway... HELP!

Are there any tutorials or preferably podcasts on how to use Freeway. I’m trying to find my way around the navigation bar and linking my pages together, adding text, pretty much most of the basics. any suggestions?

I’d like to convert my site over so I don’t have to cut and paste HTML into my sites after I publish them in iWeb.
